Having trouble getting in touch? If you haven't gotten our email to complete your registration, or if you're puzzled because we haven't answered a question, here's the troubleshooting checklist:

1. Check your spam folder. Legitimate emails can and do get tagged incorrectly as spam -- especially when the controls are set at maximum.
2. Whitelist the domain patternrescue.com. Somewhere in your mail program menus you may find a place that lets you approve (or whitelist) mail coming from particular domains. Add patternrescue.com to the list and try again.
3. Yahoo user? Add the email address above to your contact list. If your Bulk folder is set to delete mail automatically, try changing that setting and see if our email ends up there. And be patient -- suddenly it's taking hours for some emails to get through to Yahoo accounts.
4. Still no luck? Use the box above to contact us. If you don't hear back from us within 24 hours, check the bulletin board below for a message, too. (You may need to clear your browser cache or hit Refresh / Reload to see the updated page.)
