Links to Pattern Rescue
A little further down this column you'll find html code and graphics you can cut and paste to create your own link to Pattern Rescue. When you post a qualifying link and you'll not only be letting other vintage sewing pattern fans know about Pattern Rescue's services, you can also earn one Pattern Point per month throughout 2008.
So what's a qualifying link?
- It's on a web site or blog that's primarily about vintage sewing, fashion, or needlework -- and has more content than just links to other sites.
- Visitors will find the link either on your home page or on a reference or links page directly accessible from your home page.
- We can verify that you own the site or blog and posted the link.
Some of you may have both a web site and a blog -- or two web sites, or multiple blogs. Keep in mind that there's a limit of one Pattern Point credit per person (for all sites). If you feel your sites are reaching very different audiences, let us know. We'll consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
To get the Pattern Points, be sure to email us when you've posted the link. It's best to use an email address that we can verify as belonging to your site (but let us know your registered email address if it's different). We'll verify the link and credit you with one Pattern Point. You'll get another Pattern Point automatically each month throughout 2008 that the link remains active.
HTML code and graphics
Use any of the graphics and code below for your link, or create your own. Our text examples display using the Pattern Rescue style sheet -- it'll look different on your site. The graphic files are called from our server, but feel free to copy the images on to your own server for the link if you'd rather.
