Your last name:

Your zip or postal code:

Postage limit:

Check with me before sending the patterns (including requests on other sheets) if the postage will exceed this amount:

   $6.00 (usually 7 to 9 patterns)
   $8.00 (usually 12 to 15 patterns)

Your full name and mailing address:
Please type it exactly as it should appear on your package -- and include your zip+4 if you know it.

If your email address has changed since you registered, please type your old email address in the message box at the end of this form.

Postage:

Until you have a donation track record, postage on your shipments is limited to about $3.00. If you're in the U.S. or Canada, that usually means 4 to 6 patterns. It will only be 1 or perhaps 2 patterns to all other destinations.

Step 3: Let us know any special instructions, and submit your request.

Review and finalize    If I don't get a pattern on my list but you have the same pattern in another size, send it to me.

Any comments or questions about your request?

OK!  I have read and agree to the general terms and conditions below. I'm registered and up-to-date on Pin Money fund donations. I'll look forward to your email in a few days letting me know which patterns I got and when they were shipped.

NEW Find It feature: Sometimes you spot a sewing pattern here that you've been looking for forever. If that's the case, make it your first choice and mark the checkbox entitled "If I don't get it, can you find me one?" right below the pattern ID number. You should use this feature only if you'd be willing to buy the pattern (assuming you could find one...)

With any luck, you'll get the pattern in the normal course of things. But if you don't, we'll check our inventory for another one. If we don't have it, we'll add a request to the Post page in case there's one for sale out there. And we'll let the person who does get the pattern know in case they're willing to pass it on to you when they're done.

General terms and conditions:

1.     Pattern requests are accepted only from registered members. You must also be in good standing (having made a Pin Money fund donation at least equal to the amount of postage on your last shipment).

2.     Patterns are allocated using a custom system that takes many factors into account. The most important factors are the number of pattern points you have -- and how many other people want the same pattern. You probably will not get all the patterns you request, and you may not get any.

3.     There's no limit to the number of patterns you may request. There are daily limits that apply to each area (see the main Recycle, Trade and Special Collection pages for details). Large requests are processed over several days.

4.     While it's thankfully not much of an issue, we do reserve the right not to fill any request we believe abuses the spirit, terms or goals of Pattern Rescue.
